EMT Elbow (Revised Version)
An EMT elbow is a pipe fitting primarily used to connect EMT straight conduits and change the direction of electrical piping. Available in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 4", EMT elbows come in various angles including 90°, 60°, 45°, 30°, 22.5°, and 15°, with custom angles also available upon customer request.
Featuring smooth, defect-free welds on both inner and outer surfaces, EMT elbows are produced using a hot-dip galvanizing process with uniform zinc coating, delivering exceptional corrosion resistance. A transparent protective layer is further applied after galvanization to enhance durability and anti-corrosion performance. All EMT elbows are manufactured from EMT straight tubes in strict compliance with the ANSI C80.3 (UL797) standard.
Features and Benefits
Cost-effectiveLonwow EMT conduits and elbows maintain high performance at a competitive cost. They resist seam separation, zinc flaking, wrinkling, or cracking even under severe bending. With stable quality, long service life, wide application, and ready stock availability, they provide reliable performance at low operational cost.
Smooth inner wallThe inner walls are professionally deburred during production. A protective coating is added over the zinc layer to extend service life, improve surface smoothness, increase wiring capacity, reduce friction, and prevent cables from being scratched during installation.
Consistent and reliable qualityLonwow EMT products are durable, rigid, flexible for bending, and precisely welded to meet rigorous standard requirements. Using qualified raw materials and strict quality control, the conduits avoid seams or wrinkles during bending. EMT conduits and elbows are also easy to cut, form, and connect.
Excellent mechanical and environmental resistanceZinc coating on both inner and outer walls ensures strong corrosion resistance, allowing EMT products to perform reliably under various mechanical stresses and environmental conditions.
